MY TEACHING METAPHOR

My teaching metaphor is based on the idea that I am a child molder. I as teacher mold the learner thoughts in the sense that I provide my students the knowledge  they need to be integral human beings.  

I am quiet convinced that we as teachers can influence over the learner's actions and thoughts in positive or a negative way. For instance we must be very careful with the teaching we offer them. 

Throughtout the time I have got a profound commitment with my students and I have learnt that teaching is not only about providing them academic knowledge but also helping them to develop their competence as a respecful and integral person.
